Can I add other perks if I already have Premium?
Absolutely! Premium is an upgrade to your overall Neo experience that gives you higher cashback and new features. Perks are flexible monthly subscriptions focused on specific rewards, like Travel or Food & Drink, which you can add on top of your Premium plan to get a more customized rewards experience.
When does my Premium plan take effect?
Immediately. As soon as you’ve activated Premium on your card, you’ll be able to start enjoying new features, benefits, and boosted cashback rates.
Can I cancel my Premium plan?
Yes. Your rewards experience is yours to build. Just like perks, Premium is a monthly subscription that you can cancel anytime.
What happens if I cancel my Premium plan mid-month?
If you cancel your Premium plan mid-month, you’ll keep all the benefits until the end of the current month.
