$100K Giveaway Official Rules
The Neo Financial $100K Dream Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is brought to you by Neo Financial Technologies Inc. (“Neo”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of Canada, except Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Open to new Neo Financial accountholders. Existing Neo customers, employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents of Neo or any of its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and any individuals living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to win a Prize.
Participation constitutes your full and unconditional acknowledgement and agreement to these rules, Neo’s Platform Terms and Conditions, Rewards Policy, and Privacy Policy and Neo’s decisions and interpretations relating to the Giveaway, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway Period runs from 12:00 am Mountain Time August 21 2026, to 11:59 pm Mountain Time December 31, 2026, (the “Giveaway Period”) with specific draw dates as set out in Section 5 below.
3. Definitions
The following defined terms apply throughout these rules:
i. “Eligible Neo Product” means any Neo credit card, Neo Savings account, or Neo Chequing account.
ii. “Participating Location” means a Neo-authorized event, activation, or retail location at which eligible participants may open a Neo Profile to receive a base entry into the Giveaway. A current list of Participating Locations can be found in Schedule A. Neo reserves the right to add or remove Participating Locations at any time without notice during the Giveaway Period.
iii. “Neo Profile” means a registered account on the Neo Financial platform, accessible via the Neo mobile application or website.
4. How to Enter
Multiple entries per person. During the Giveaway Period, you can earn entries into the Grand Prize draw as follows:
4.1 Base Entry — Open a Neo Profile
Every eligible participant who opens a Neo Profile at a Participating Location listed in Schedule A during the Giveaway Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize draw.
4.2 Download the Neo App (+10 entries)
You will receive ten (10) additional entries after you open a Neo Profile and download the Neo mobile application during the Giveaway Period.
4.3 Open a Neo Product (+100 entries per product)
You will receive one hundred (100) additional entries for each Eligible Neo Product you open during the Giveaway Period.
4.4 Deposits (+1 entry per $1 deposited)
You will receive one (1) additional entry for every one dollar ($1) deposited into an eligible Neo Savings or Chequing account during the Giveaway Period. Account adjustments and interest are not considered eligible deposits. Entries from unauthorized transactions or entries made through fraudulent means are void. There is no maximum on entries earned through this method. The number of entries earned through deposits will be calculated based on the net balance of eligible deposits at the time of the draw, after accounting for any withdrawals. For example, if a participant deposits $100 and subsequently withdraws $20, the participant would receive 80 entries.
4.5 Transactions (+5 entries per transaction)
You will receive five (5) additional entries for each eligible transaction made using a Neo credit card or Neo chequing account during the Giveaway Period. Account adjustment transactions/returns and interest are not considered eligible transactions. Entries from unauthorized transactions or entries made through fraudulent means are void. There is no maximum on entries earned through this method.
4.6 Refer a Friend (+1,000 entries per referral)
You will receive one thousand (1,000) additional entries for each person you refer to Neo using your unique referral code who subsequently opens an Eligible Neo Product during the Giveaway Period. For the avoidance of doubt, a referred individual who creates a Neo Profile but does not open an eligible Neo product will not qualify for entry under this method. There is no maximum on entries earned through this method.
4.7 No Purchase Entry
You may receive one hundred (100) entries by sending Neo a unique, dated, and handwritten letter (in English) of at least 300 words sharing a financial goal you are working toward. Letters must include your legal name, province of residence, telephone number, and email address. Letters must be mailed to:

5. Winner Selection
Chances of winning depend on the total number of entries received across all prize draws.
5.1 Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by random draw on or around January 8, 2027, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
5.2 Monthly Prizes
Four (4) Monthly Prize winners will each be selected by random draw within five (5) days of the end of each of the following calendar months, from all eligible entries received during that respective month only: September, October, November, and December 2026. One (1) Monthly Prize winner will be drawn per month. Entries from prior months do not carry forward into subsequent monthly draws.
5.3 Weekly Prizes
Nineteen (19) Weekly Prize winners will each be selected by random draw, one (1) per week, over the course of nineteen (19) consecutive weeks beginning August 21, 2026. Each weekly draw will take place within five (5) days of the end of that respective week, from all eligible entries received during that week only. Entries from prior weeks do not carry forward into subsequent weekly draws.
5.4 Draw Process
All draws will be conducted by Neo or its designated representative. The winner is selected via a random draw. A time-limited mathematical skill testing question is required. If a selected winner does not respond or fails to meet any requirements within five (5) days of being contacted, the Prize will be forfeited and another entry will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries. The Eligible Neo Product must remain open at the time of the draw.

The winner(s) will be provided with instructions on what they are required to do to claim the Prize. The Prize(s) are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made. The Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded. Neo reserves the right to substitute any Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly described as being included as part of the Prize, such as any fee associated with the receipt and/or use of the Prize. The winner understands and agrees that use of a Prize for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
7. Use of Personal Information
By entering the Giveaway and voluntarily providing your personal information as described in these rules, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure by Neo, its respective employees and/or authorized agents, of your personal information, for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including but not limited to contacting you with respect to the Giveaway. Personally-identifiable information will only be used to administer the Giveaway and for no other purpose, except as specifically outlined in these rules. Personally-identifiable information will not be sold, shared or disclosed by Neo to any third party, other than to a third party engaged by Neo for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, or if required by law with the exception that aggregated information may be used by or shared amongst Neo and its subsidiaries and affiliates, or shared by Neo with third parties in accordance with Neo’s Privacy Policy.
8. Publicity Consent
By accepting a Prize, you agree that Neo may use your name, comments, voice, likeness, municipality of residence and picture in any advertising, promotion or publicity related to the Giveaway, for a period of twelve (12) months following the date on which the Prize is awarded in any media without compensation or notice. You agree to cooperate with Neo in arranging for photographs or other forms of publicity and to be available for photographs or other forms of publicity on reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability / Release
By entering this Giveaway, and as a condition of acceptance of the Prize, you, your heirs, executors, administrators, legal person representatives, successors and assigns, agree, among other things, to hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release and forever discharge and hold harmless Neo, and each of their respective direct and indirect parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, advisors, franchisees, shareholders, partners, representatives, their advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all losses, damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages), rights, claims, actions, causes of action, injuries, property damage or death, demands, liabilities, suits, obligations, duties, acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, losses, expenses, costs, rights of indemnity, and all other claims and rights whatsoever, including without limitation all costs and liabilities of any kind including legal fees on a substantial indemnity scale, hereinafter called “Claims” and including without limitation any claims arising from any act of gross negligence of the Released Parties, that you now have, or may hereafter have against the Released Parties directly or indirectly resulting or arising from: (i) participation in this Giveaway or the awarding, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse or enjoyment of any Prize, and where applicable, traveling to, preparing for, or participating in, any Giveaway-related or Prize-related event or activity; or (ii) the publicity rights granted to Neo. You specifically acknowledge that you understand that there may be serious risks of bodily injury, death, or property damage associated with the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize and attendance at any event or participation in certain Prize-related activities, and you voluntarily assume these risks. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all Claims in respect of the foregoing.
10. Errors and Malfunctions
Neo is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions occurring as part of this Giveaway, or any internet connection, computer systems, networks, servers, software, hardware, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, nor for any postal delays or disruptions or anything else that prevents us from receiving a Submission within the time period required by these rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning Submission will be deemed to have been made by the authorized holder of the email address submitted with the winning Submission. Neo is not liable to any person for any loss whatsoever (including but not limited to any failure to receive a Prize) which results wholly or in part from any erroneous or misleading contact or identity information provided to us in a Submission.
11. Rights to Terminate/Modify/Suspend Giveaway
Neo retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate any aspect of the Giveaway (including, but not limited to these rules) at any time. Neo may make substitutions of equivalent kind or value for any reason whatsoever. Neo may terminate or withdraw this Giveaway at any time by posting a notice.
12. Third Party Release
This Giveaway is in no way conducted, sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third-party social media service on which it may be promoted, including but not limited to Facebook or Instagram. No third party, their affiliates, employees and representatives, are responsible for this Giveaway including the coordination, sponsorship, Prize or administration of this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, you completely release all such parties from all claims based on, relating to, or arising from this Giveaway and any other liability whatsoever in connection with this Giveaway.
13. Additional Terms
By entering, you represent to Neo that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in these rules. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (including a winner) and revoke their Prize for fraud, submission of offensive or illegal content, violating the entry process, causing deliberately damage, manipulating or undermining the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, for violating these rules or our Platform Terms and Conditions or any other content deemed unacceptable at our sole discretion. Automated entries are prohibited, and we reserve the right to void them. In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between these rules and any other Giveaway disclosures or other statements, the provisions in these rules will govern. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein and each entrant attorns to the courts of Alberta for all disputes.
